My wife and I have lived in the Hartmann Plantation community for just over four years, and we love it here. It's a quiet place, yet it is very close to the interstate. Staff and residents alike are friendly. Rebecca and her team in the office make a point to show empathy when a problem arises, and any issue we have had was promptly resolved. Something to consider if you are scrolling through the reviews: - - - - - comes up often, and people mention particular maintenance staff as unfriendly. I'm here to tell you that - - - - - was a nightmare for the community, and she is no longer employed at the property. She hasn't been here for years. Additionally, I have never had any issue with any of the current staff. Another issue commonly mentioned is the internet speed. There has been a lot of improvement to the speed and reliability since I arrived. I use the internet for work, and outages are uncommon enough that it has never been an issue for me as a remote employee. I hope I cleared some things up for potential residents. I have lived here for over 10 years at this point and I absolutely love this place and I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at Hartmann Plantation. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any appliance that has broke within a few hours. They have made upgrades recently, so we now have a pet washing station, it has helped keep our doggo squeaky clean, now we no longer have to go anywhere and pay to wash her. They also recently upgraded the internet, it was fairly slow and very unreliable, but now it's fiber and it is blazing fast, I have gotten around 500mbps upload and download and no downtime. These improvements are small but make life a little nicer here at a place I consider home.
You guys have been killing it. Constant updates, making sure EVERYONE is okay, I couldn't be more proud of you guys. Here’s to you.

I would like to thank you and your staff for the prompt reaction to the situation. I feel proud to live in such a great community with great management. It was great to see everyone pitch in to help. Having been through the 1998 tornado and also losing my home in the 2010 flood disasters, as bad as they are with death and destruction they seem to bring out the best in people and show what humanity can accomplish when working together. “Working in the construction industry allows me to truly appreciate the construction of the apartment homes at Hartmann Plantation. I truly believe that if the apartments were not built of block and brick, we would have had considerable damage and the loss of our possessions not to mention the possibility of loss of life. “We've had some scattered latency issues in the evening, but when I say scattered I mean scattered -- very few and far between. Other than that, the internet speeds have been wonderful. I've been able to do any/all work-related tasks as well as play online-based games while streaming television/movies with 99% uptime.”

A great place to call “home”. We absolutely love it living here at Hartmann Plantation! The entire staff always greats you with a smile on their face, and is always very helpful to our needs. They are very quick to attend to any problem that arises. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday by great maintenance personnel. Also these townhomes could not be better located they are located right close to town. They are the best here and I would recommend Hartmann Plantation to anyone!!

“My wife and I recently moved here, and I must say that from the move in process to present. This has been the best place we have lived in. Tammy, Rebekah, and David have been a wonderful, wonderful staff. They are very attentive with keeping you informed about happenings in the complex, to very prompt maintenance repairs fixes.
I have submitted work orders late at night, and have gotten an almost instant response..They even switched a holiday gift for one that we could use. They are the best, I can’t rave enough about them.Oh, and of course the amenities are beautiful and well maintained. We are so thankful to be able to live her. Thanks for making us feel at home.”

“My husband and I recently left Hartmann Plantation after we completed building our house. In the 3 years we lived there we were treated like family!! Anytime I went to the office to pick up a package the staff was very sweet and were always asking how things were going and were invested in our lives! The location was wonderful for both of us and our jobs. The property was kept very clean and any maintenance issues were resolved in a very timely manner. The staff are like family and made moving away very difficult. I would recommend Hartmann Plantation Townhouses to anyone!”
